  12. This is the ultimate windows exit program, and it's free. Run the
  13. program "WINEXIT.EXE" and you will see a dialog box with four buttons:

  15.         Exit to DOS:            Exit to DOS as you might expect.  This
  16.                                 exciting function is also provided
  17.                                 by program manager.
  18.  
  19.         Reboot Computer:        Exit Windows and reboot computer, for when
  20.                                 you have changed your startup config.
  21.  
  22.         Restart Windows:        Exit and restart Windows after those nasty
  23.                                 errors that say to restart Windows or takes
  24.                                 your chances.
  25.  
  26.         Cancel:                 When you really didn't want to do this.
  27.  
  28. If you have BWCC.DLL in your path or Windows or Windows/System directory
  29. you will see my fancy buttons, otherwise you will only see text buttons.
  30. Sorry, I didn't include BWCC.DLL in the zip file but i'm tired of
  31. downloading so many copies of it and thought maybe you would be too.

  33. There are three command line options that you can use if you want the
  34. program to take immediate action rather than displaying the window.  The 
  35. inputs are case insensitive and only one can be used at a time.

  40.       REBOOT                 Exit Windows and Reboot the Computer
  41.       RESTART                Exit and restart windows

  43. To install, copy the WINEXIT.EXE file to anywhere on your disk and load
  44. it into Program Manager or your favorite application bar program.  I
  45. highly recommend the program Dropper by Paul Butcher which is free for
  46. all "personal" users.  Look for the file DROP_101.ZIP on your favorite
  47. BBS.
